2nd week

Today’s workout felt…human. It wasn’t easy, especially that we had to do lots of upper body exercises. I failed pretty badly. It seems that I can reasonably bench press 30 kg but the limit is very sharp. I could lift 32.5 kg only once. This new workout challenges all my weak points and I’m confident that things will start to improve soon.

In spite all that, I  feel horrible right now. I just need to survive through today.
