My arms will shrink like raisins and fall…

The 4×5 60 kg sumo deadlift was the easiest thing I did today. And the planks are a bliss, but I shouldn’t say that because they will find a way to make them horrible. Actually, bliss doesn’t mean they’re easy. It’s only by comparison.

50 push ups (inclined and embarrassingly difficult for me), inverted rows (more like “get your bum off the floor”), pull ups (read let downs) and 2×10 split squats.  I wonder if I’ll ever be good at these. 😦

John’s definitely the fastest. I think he’s cheating. Or maybe it’s the break and that amazing baklava…
