New workout

Matt is preparing a new workout for us. We had a little chat about it yesterday and I’m not sure if I should be thrilled or scared.

We are his little Guinea pigs, but we don’t mind that because every time he brings a new sheet it’s more difficult and so much more awesome! I pity the people that start training with him this summer. They are going to experience quite a shock. Also, by the time he becomes a real coach (not that he isn’t already, but it would be nice to have a contract, a paycheque and everything), he’s going to make people climb on walls while doing a split squat, a dumbbell shoulder press combined with a good-morning and a jump over the pull-up bar. We are going to call this the SuperIronMan.

For now, I’ve heard there’s going to be a lot of max rep testing, which means our minds and bodies will be pushed to the limit of sanity. Can’t wait!
